I believe if you have installed SpamAssassin and ClamAV through the CPS
install, you should be fine. As the support pages suggest:

you can re-run the vinstalls for SpamAssassin and ClamAV after running
the Dovecot vinstall (especially if you installed SpamAssassin and
ClamAV outside of CPX).
