yes being able to setup mail filtering at a server level and not at user 
level would be great (server level activation mean cpx should deactivate 
all user level config, if not spamd/clamd will se 2 tilme the email :)  
), espacialy antivirus. I do not know a single customer who wants AV not 
"on" and not sent to /dev/null on all my VPS'es.

i do it by hand on all my VPS:

- global savelog
- global clamav
- global spamd


because cpx does not handle them at server level and/or is buggy 
(savelogs rotation).
