Are you saying this would be different from the domain admin - i.e.
they can't control web sites, just the mail? If that's the case,
this isn't a big priority for me - anyone who has admin access would
be controlling the entire domain.
Now, you also implied they could adjust the MX/TTL settings - that
would be INCREDIBLE, esp. since even resellers can't adjust the TTL
ourselves, we have to write to support....
