Hi Jonathan,
Here are two ideas:
1) IMAP
2) Use something like archmbox to automatically delete messages from
IMAP folders. Run it from cron.
We prefer #1
Cheers,
Uwe

I have a user whose disk quota was just reached because his Junk and
Quarantine folders on the server were full. He does not use the webmail
tool. He POP's all his mail to his local machine. However, when he
POP's, the Junk and Quarantine folder are not downloaded. (and why
should they be, right? Or maybe it would be helpful? Different
topic.) It is nice that SPAM and Virii are getting caught and put in
those folders. However, it would be nice to have some kind of process in
place that would nuke messages in those folders that are older than X
number of days. That would be a good setting option for the Spam and
Junk in CPX.
Has anyone else found this to be a problem?
Thanks,
Jonathan
