[cpx] Untie Attemted error message

Hi,

we have a problem already reported to verio and they have confirmed it:

We get an error message constantly in:
/var/log/messages

saying:

etc.....


before uninstalling php4 module it was only the "untie attampted" message.
now it comes new also the "warn" message afterwards.

Has anybody an idea, how to get rid of that?
