[cpx] CPX users default rights

Hi,

 Is there a way to tell the CPX that any user having webmail/claav/spam
right have them enabled by default without needing to go and activate
each account by hand on the end user control panel ?  At least a way to
enable it at creation time would prevent a log into the CPX at end user
level after the creation of the account...

  Any resseller solved this problem  ?
