[cpx] Stale dependency?

Installing CPX and the vinstall streams the following notice onto the
screen before completing the installation...
Installing SpamAssassin...---> Session started at: Fri, 24 Mar 2006
14:05:11 -0800
[Updating the pkgdb <format:bdb1_btree> in /var/db/pkg ... - 151
packages found (-0 +0) done]
Stale dependency: p5-Mail-SpamAssassin-2.43 --> p5-URI-1.23 --
manually run 'pkgdb -F' to fix, or specify -O to force.
I'm not exactly sure what this means. Should I "manually run pkgdp"
as instructed? Or is it safe to ignore?
