[cpx] Badly formatted header in email

If you have a long line in the body of the message, CPX leaves lots 
of blank space between the keywords To:, From: etc. and the values. 
I'd expect the values to be right after the keywords. You must be 
forcing the width of the table or something... Well, anyway, a 
picture is worth a thousand words...

I'd expect the values of To: etc. to be very close to the To: 
keyword, and not way off the screen. As I said, take note that the 
body did have a long (comma separated) line... and I'm sure this 
affected this display.
