[cpx] cpx - cannot create user anymore

Hi,

I have a strange problem on another VPS. When, as an site admin you 
create a end user, at the very last stpe (the "save" button) it redirect 
you back to the previous page instead of create the user... Restarting 
vsapd does not helped. Anyone saw the same behavior ?
