Andy,
CPX and iManager manage procmailrc related services in different ways.
iManager writes all of the autoreply, vacation, spamassassin recipes
directly to the users procmailrc file (this was historically how
vinstall also functioned), whereas CPX uncomments/comments an INCLUDERC
line where these recipes are found. If you use one or the other to
enable/disable Spamassassin, autoreply, etc, then you shouldn't run into
any problems... but don't use both to manage your SpamAassassin settings
and autoreply/vacation responder.

nothing bad really happens. But there exists a possiblity where your
mail could be processed by SpamAssassin twice, or you could enable two
autoresponders/vacation replies (one by iManager, one by CPX).
