[cpx] How does CPX vnewvirtmaps?

How does CPX vnewvirtmaps?

I am wanting to have two files that contain virtmaps that are then 
contatenated before they are built into the virtusertable.db database 
file.  It is easy enough to edit the /usr/local/sbin/vnewvirtmaps command 
but obviously CPX does not use that because I already edited it.

I assume that CPX takes care of this internally, yes?  So trying to edit 
it will be breaking my CPX warranty.
