[cpx] Bug/omission when adding new user + mailbox

	If I add a new end user for a domain example.com, on the second
page of adding the user I am prompted for an e-mail address, which
defaults to the userID of the new end user.  If I change that address to
"emailaddress@xxxxxxxxxxx" and click Next, the following screen lists
only userid@xxxxxxxxxxx, and not the e-mail address entered on page 2. 
If I then save the new user, and open the Properties of that user, both e-mail
addresses are listed, "userid@xxxxxxxxxxx" and "emailaddress@xxxxxxxxxxx".
