Hi Jared,

Is there a RELEASE_NOTES file of some sort that is (or could become) 
part of the dist?   Even for bug fixes, it is nice to know when 
something is fixed.  However, it becomes even more useful when you are 
talking about new features.  When new features are released, it is a 
marketing opportunity for resellers to connect again with clients.
